What does fully custom and all-inclusive mean?
There is no add-on menu. Your session can use any practical combination of Swedish, deep tissue, cupping, hot stone, scraping, bamboo, sports massage, assisted stretching, trigger point work, and massage gun work. The techniques are chosen around what your body needs that day.
Is setup included in my massage time?
No. The calendar time you choose is the therapist's arrival time. For example, Forged in Steel booked at 10:00 AM reserves 10:00 AM through 12:30 PM: setup from 10:00 to 10:15, 120 minutes of massage from 10:15 to 12:15, and takedown from 12:15 to 12:30.
How much room do you need?
A quiet, clear area large enough for a professional massage table and room to walk around it. A living room, bedroom, office, hotel room, or private event space can work when furniture can be moved safely.
How is travel priced?
Travel is priced using one-way driving distance from the Steel and Stone Massage base in Ogden, Utah to your service address. The 90-minute session includes 30 one-way miles, the 120 includes 40, and the 150 includes 50. Additional distance is $2 per one-way driving mile and is confirmed before your appointment is accepted.
Do you charge anything when I book?
No money is charged when you book. A valid card is securely stored through Stripe to hold the appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows inside 24 hours are charged 50% of the selected service price after any valid promo discount. Travel and applicable tax are disclosed separately.
What is the 24-hour cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the therapist's arrival time and there is no change fee. Changes made inside 24 hours and no-shows are charged 50% of the selected service price after any valid promo discount. Reminder emails and texts include direct cancel and reschedule links.
How do promo codes work?
Enter the code during booking. The discounted service price is shown before you store your card, and applicable tax is calculated after the discount. The friend code is 20% off and may be used once per customer. Eligibility is tracked using the customer record associated with the booking.
What is partner massage coaching?
It is practical, hands-on instruction for couples. In the one-partner option, one partner receives a 60-minute four-handed massage while the other learns and practices. In the both-partners option, each partner receives a 60-minute four-handed massage after 30 minutes of shared guidance.
